Everton are looking to Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic as the man to replace Phil Jagielka at the heart of the Toffees defence, according to Ladbrokes.
The England international will turn 35 at the start of next season, and coach Ronald Koeman is said to be looking for another alternative at the back.
Chelsea's Ivanovic is reportedly one such option but with the Serbian just two years younger than Jagielka he will most likely be considered a short-term solution rather than long-term.
Ivanovic played every minute of Chelsea's opening six league games but has been left out since Conte switched to the three central defenders system that has done him so well this season.

The 32 year-old's contract expires in the summer too, and it seems unlikely that a new deal will be reached at Stamford Bridge.
Next up for Everton is a trip to Stoke where the visitors can be backed at 6/4 with Ladbrokes to leave Staffordshire with all three points.
