Manchester City are on high alert following news that Leonardo Bonucci has been dropped for Juventus' Champions League visit to Porto tomorrow night.

The 29-year old Italian defender has reportedly been rowing with boss Massimiliano Allegri for a while and it came to a fore on Friday night during Juve's 4-1 demolition of Palermo.

Allegri could be heard calling Leonardo Bonucci a "dickhead" and telling him to "fuck off" during a heated row.

It appears the centre-back was unhappy with some of Allergi's changes towards the end of the game and was clear in his disagreement, telling the veteran coach to "go to hell" before heading down the tunnel.

In Allegri's two-and-a-half years at the club, the pair have had numerous encounters - even despite the Old Lady's on-field success.

Bonucci isn't even the first to be publicly sanctioned by the management this season either, with Paulo Dybala and Stephen Lichtsteiner also reacting sourly to some of Allegri's decisions.

Even despite all this, Juventus remain favourites to come out on top in their tie with Porto. BetVictor have them installed as 1/4 favourites to qualify; whilst they're 13/10 to win the first leg in Portugal without Bonucci.
