An 11/1 Treble To Start Off Your Season

An 11/1 Treble To Start Off Your Season

With the season starting this weekend we look at an 11/1 treble in the Football League

The Football League season kicks off this weekend and with no form to ponder over we look at three bets that form a juicy treble.

West Brom to beat Bolton by 2 or more goals (-1 handicap) @ 6/5

Darren Moore
Darren Moore

Whilst Darren Moore's Baggies finished the season in good form (3 wins out of 5) the damage was already done and West Brom were relegated. However, they have managed to keep hold of most of their squad that were competing in the Premier League last season.

Bolton survived on the last day of the Championship season thanks to a dramatic 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest. The bookmakers suggest that this season will be just as tough for the Wanderers.

With West Brom keeping almost the same team from last season and Bolton set for a difficult season in the Championship, the Baggies should be too strong for the Wanderers and win comfortably.

Fleetwood Town to beat AFC Wimbledon @ 6/5

Joey Barton
Joey Barton

New Fleetwood manager Joey Barton will be hoping his managerial career gets off to the best possible start. The Cod Army have been scoring goals for fun in pre-season and it's easy to see why. With striking options such as Ched Evans, Paddy Madden, Wes Burns and Ashley Hunter, League One teams are going to fear Fleetwood's attacking options.

Wimbledon finished four places behind Fleetwood last season in the League One season. The bookmakers think the Dons will struggle this season like they did the previous year.

Fleetwood did the double over the Dons last season and with their attacking options they should be hoping to get off to a winning start.

Stevenage to beat Tranmere @ 6/4

Stevenage FC
Stevenage FC

Stevenage will be hoping to improve on their 16th place finish in League Two this season. To do that they're going to need their main striker Alex Revell to continue his form from last season when he scored 6 goals in 12 games.

Newly promoted Tranmere gained their Football League status back following a playoff final win against Boreham Wood. Whilst teams who are promoted from the National League usually stay up in their first season, it will still be a tough season for the Merseyside club.

With the likes of Alex Revell and Jamal Campbell-Ryce going up against big Steve McNulty, 6/4 for Stevenage to start the season with a win is a good price.
