One former Manchester United player has traded football pitches for video games after suffering an ACL injury.
Many ex-professional footballers turn to punditry after football, but very few become professional Call of Duty players.
That's not the case for Javier Hernandez, though, who has signed for the eSports team Complexity following the expiration of his contract at LA Galaxy.

Hernandez, known to many as simply Chicharito, plundered 59 goals in 150 appearances for the Red Devils, winning two Premier League titles and reaching the Champions League final in 2011.
The Mexican last played in the MLS for LA Galaxy, but he left after tearing his ACL in the summer.
However, the 35-year-old has kept himself busy off the pitch, putting his efforts into his other hobby: gaming.

He explained, via the Daily Star: "Gaming has always been a passion of mine, and by signing with Complexity Stars, I’ll be able to create content and host events to better engage with my fans off the pitch!"
The former Real Madrid striker now runs his own Twitch account streaming Call of Duty to fans.
However, Hernandez certainly lets his emotion out when playing, after a clip of him swearing went viral last year.
He shouted: “Shut up motherf****r f***ing bot!”, “Shut the f**k up!”, “You’re f***ing bad shut the f**k up!” At other gamers. You can watch the footage here, the video contains strong language.

Hernandez also collaborated with popular streamer Pokimane to gift subs (a subscription) to some of her viewers.
After explaining who Chicharito was to her fans, Pokimane joked that they shared the same personal trainer.
She said: "I think it's amazing that he streams on the side. Like, who is someone so... famous and well-known is on Twitch, playing games just for fun!
"Go check him out! CH14, like Channel 14. Insane! Yeah, he plays for LA Galaxy right now. Wow! Crazy!"
