Which football manager is the best in the Premier League? Eight regional UK journalists have had their say on who tops the charts and it doesn't always follow the league table.
Is Pep Guardiola a big fraud or a genius? Is Jurgen Klopp overrated? Will Mauricio Pochettino ever win any silverware? Would Paul Ince have done just as good a job at Manchester United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer? These are the questions that often follow managers around.
Manchester City may end up with a quadruple at the end of the season but some still believe that Guardiola's luck with money and inheriting teams doesn't make him the good.
Before Klopp or Pochettino win anything with Liverpool and Spurs respectively there will always be questions about them. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer won't be properly judged until next season, and we haven't touched the rest of the league yet.

Success being relative makes it difficult to judge who the best and worst managers are but Reach Media's regional journalists have decided to give it a go.
After the votes from the eight journos from the like of the Manchester Evening News, Liverpool Echo and football.london, Pep Guardiola has topped the lot:
1. Pep Guardiola

On Pep being top M.E.N chief sports writer Tyrone Marshall wrote, "The trophy count speaks for itself but the success comes with wonderful football as well. No modern-day manager can match the influence he has had on the game. City's centurions were phenomenal last season. If he wins the quadruple this season it will be a feat that will never be repeated."
It's no surprise to see Pep occupy the top position, or even see Klopp in second or Pochettino third, considering the jobs all have done with their current teams and in previous positions.
Possibly the most controversial selections come at 11 and 18 with Maurizio Sarri and Marco Silva further down the list than most probably would have expected.
The criticism of Sarri mainly revolves around his style of play, with one writer referring to Chelsea as being the 'biggest underachievers in the league.'
