Who hits harder between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder?

Well, Lenroy Thomas, who's sparred with both heavyweight world champions, has revealed who packs the bigger punch.

Joshua and Wilder appear to be on collision course for a summer unification mega-fight.

If Joshua beats Joseph Parker at the end of the month, he'll bag the WBO world title and add it to his collection which includes the WBA (super) and IBF titles.

Wilder holds the only other recognisable belt. He's set to defend his WBC strap against the dangerous Cuban, Luis Ortiz, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

And Wilder vs. Ortiz isn't the only heavyweight fight this weekend.

In Sheffield, British cult-hero Dave Allen takes on Thomas for the second time.

Ahead of the rematch, the Jamaican has detailed his sparring sessions with Joshua and Wilder.

"By far, I give it to Deontay," he said when discussing the power between Wilder and Joshua.

Thomas added: "There's something about that right hand. My job was trying not to get hit by that right hand, and every camp I go to, I measure myself to see where I am with these top guys. So that was a great experience for me and he was teaching me a lot.

The American kingpin has knocked out all but one of his 39 opponents.

While the 2012 Olympic Gold medalist has 20 KO's from 20 pro-fights.
