When you're a kid, there's nothing quite like leading your team onto the pitch but for courageous youngster Bradley Lowery, his experience meant an incredible amount.
Bradley was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a cancer that develops from nerve cells found in several areas of the body. The five-year-old has needed to raise funds for treatment in America and tonight, something very special happened.
Bradley and his family are hoping to raise £700,000 for treatment in the US and with the help of thousands around the world, they are almost at their target.
After a huge donation from Everton Football Club tonight, Bradley is well on his way to receiving treatment.
