Diego Costa continued his excellent form for Chelsea this afternoon by scoring an absolute cracker against Southampton.
The Brazilian-born Spanish international was actually kept relatively quiet by Saints centre-backs Virgil van Dijk and Jose Fonte for most of the game, but it's extremely difficult to keep a player of Costa's class down for an entire 90 minutes.
And with the Premier League match evenly poised at 1-0 to the Blues on 55 minutes, Costa managed to work a yard or two of space on the edge of the penalty area, before curling his well-placed effort carefully beyond Fraser Forster:
After a frustrating campaign last season, and a summer of uncertainty surrounding his future, Costa has once again cemented himself as one of Europe's most feared strikers, having nabbed 11 goals in his 15 appearances this season.
