For the second year running, the supremely talented Genie Bouchard has put her troubles on the court behind her by featuring as part of the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
Bouchard, who is joined by fellow tennis player Sloane Stephens in this years shoot, gained plenty of attention on Tuesday when she posted one of the pictures to her social media.
The 23-year-old has hit the headlines in recent weeks after she dated Twitter hero John Goehrke at the 2018 Superbowl and now she's the talk of the town after these images went viral.

In fact, shortly after pictures of Genie posing on the sandy beaches of Aruna, Bouchard's father sent her a text message giving her the all important thumbs up.
Bouchard posted a screenshot of her dad's text on Tuesday night with the caption: "Sooo Dad approves... thank god."

As you can see in the following image, he replied: "You know it's a bit strange for your dad to see his daughter half clad in a magazine. But it's done so tastefully. I'm proud of you. Well done."

As we mentioned earlier, Bouchard and the college student who won a Twitter bet last year were spotted enjoying each others company ahead of Sunday's Superbowl between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles.

It has been quite the journey for the pair. Almost a year ago, Bouchard famously agreed to date fan Goehrke if the Patriots beat the Falcons - despite the Pats being far, far behind in the game when he tweeted.

Ahead of the Superbowl, Bouchard updated her social media following of her antics with Goehrke and well, it looked like the two were getting on just fine.

In fact, she posted the following updates on her Instagram page, with many suggesting that the pair could be dating.
It has already been an eventful year for the 23-year-old, lets hope that her fortunes improve on the court in the coming months.
