Plenty more action again today with flat racing from Redcar and Leicester, All-Weather meetings at Lingfield and Wolverhampton (evening), jump racing at Newton Abbot (evening) and an Irish jump meeting tonight at Ballinrobe.

Here are Danny Archer's selections...

Ted to prove something Special at Ballinrobe

6:00: Ballinrobe - Little Folke Each Way 13/2. Vastly competitive event but Henry De Bromhead's charge was a fine second to a talented rival at Cork earlier this month despite not jumping with real fluency. She is of strong interest.

6:30: Ballinrobe - Great Khan 5/2. Eddie O'Grady's charge finished a length and a quarter-second in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle earlier this month and he will have to improve again on that effort but he remains open to plenty of improvement.

7:00: Ballinrobe - Lachares 11/2 Each Way. One of Ellmarie Holden's stable-stars and the four-year-old ran a nice race when third in an ultra-competitive handicap at Killarney last time. This is his ground should really suit and I fancy him strongly to maintain his excellent form.

8:30: Ballinrobe - Hash Brown 6/1Each Way. Michael Hourigan's charge didn't get the longer trip at the Punchestown Festival last time but that was still a huge run in a competitive handicap. The drop back in trip will suit strongly as well whilst his course and distance form is a plus.

9:00: Ballinrobe - Special Ted 11/8. Very well-punted this morning and finished a creditable third behind a strongly supported rival at Fairyhouse in April. A German-bred son of Soldier Hollow, he will relish this better ground.

Go West at Leicester

1:50: Leicester - Westerland 4/5. The son of Frankel was well-backed on his debut and ran a nice ran to stay on for second behind an impressive two and a quarter-length winner. That was a lovely introduction and he can go one better in this event.

3:20: Leicester - Rely On Me 9/2 Each Way. Competitive little heat and Andrew Blading's Doncaster maiden winner is taken to make a winning return to the turf. Fourth at Chelmsford last time, he had plenty of work to do that day after being held up and could simply not make up the ground. He ran better than the bare results suggests that day, keeping on and he can improve for that reappearance.

3:50: Leicester - Vernatti 11/8. I was very impressed with Pam Sly's filly when she won at Yarmouth. She travelled comfortably that day throughout and put the race to bed nicely. I expect more improvement to come from her.

5:10: Lingfield - Starshell 13/8 NAP. Sir Mark Prescott's yard is just starting to fire in the winners and this gelded son of Sea The Stars improved massively for the step up in trip to 12 furlongs at Lingfield on his latest start when touched off by another well-handicapped rival. He might improve for a further step up in trip in the future but he has raced over track and trip and looks tough to beat.

Jazz to hit right tune at Newton Abbot

5:50: Newton Abbot - Whatzdjazz 11/8. Cracking little event this and Dan Skelton's charge is taken to extend her unbeaten record over hurdles following an impressive two and a half-length victory at Worcester earlier this month. Despite hanging to her left that day, the daughter of Yeats kept on tenaciously on that occasion and should win again.

6:20: Newton Abbot - Braquer D'Or 11/8. Paul Nicholls' charge was third on his stable debut and despite being a six-year-old, he has run just six times under rules. That latest run at Warwick was a nice pipe opener and whilst he did weaken out of things late on that day, he brings solid form to the table.

Cryptonite to prove explosive prospect at Redcar

4:30: Redcar - Cryptonite 6/1 Each Way. Michael Appleby's charge was well-backed to land the spoils at Southwell last time but that run can be written off as he didn't seem to appreciate the fibresand. He has to show he can be just as effective on turf but for a trainer in form, he looks interesting each-way value.

Son to become Master at Wolverhampton

7:40: Wolverhampton - Ghadaayer5/4. Sir Michael Stoute's charge scored by a length and a half at Catterick last time, keeping on well for pressure and there should be more to come from this daughter of Shamardal stepped up in trip.

8:10: Wolverhampton - Masterson 7/4. Mick Channon's gelding has been a force to reckon with on the All-Weather this campaign and racked up three wins in a row earlier this year in this sphere. A mark of 78 on the All-Weather still looks workable despite him dead-heating at Wolverhampton on his latest victory. However, that's decent course and distance form and the four-year-old looks a worthy favourite.

8:40: Wolverhampton - A Bit Of Ginger 9/1 Each Way. Second at Kempton on only All-Weather start in her career in which she did take the lead inside the last furlong. There is a slight stamina concern about the daughter of Camacho's effective over a mile, particularly given her sire's impact over shorter trips but this sort of track in which you're constantly turning before a shorter run-in could play to her strengths.

9:10: Wolverhampton - Whitecliff Park 11/4. Won just once and that was on the All-Weather over course and distance at Dunstall Park in January 2016. Wears headgear today and races off just a 1lb higher mark, he looks really ready to win again.
